Breath, Body & Spirit – Fall Session

Wednesdays, September 15th – November 17th, 2 - 3:30 pm

 

Please join us in the Celebration Centre,
for a time of relaxation & rejuvenation.

This drop-in program features gentle breathing sequences combined with Do-in (doh- wen) – an Eastern form of self-message, which follows acupressure meridians.

The result is a harmonizing of physical, psychological and spiritual levels of being.

All movements are done from a seated position and can be practiced by anyone.

The relaxation sequence takes about 45 minutes and is followed by a time of tea and conversation together.
