Statement on Kidnapping of Syrian Orthodox Bishops
The United Church of Canada is deeply saddened by the killing of a Syrian Orthodox deacon and the abduction of Metropolitan Paul Yazigi of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Aleppo and Mar Gregorios Yohanna Ibrahim of the Syriac Orthodox Archdiocese of Aleppo.
